The Talent Consultant is a company on a mission. We operate like a not-for-profit by providing FREE tips/suggestions/consulting/coaching for aspiring actors, singers, and models all over the world.

I do not charge any fees, and don't require a contract to begin helping you today.

I volunteer and help give helpful advice for FREE for to six months. After a six month period of receiving help, you will be ready to manage your career more effectively, or if you choose we can partner together on your career.

We are NOT a Talent Agency.

Why Do I Do It?
I have always felt compelled to understand what separates the "Stars" from those that clearly have talent, but eventually give up on their entertainment dreams. The nerdy/analytical side in me has read thousands of wikipedia's of successful talent, numerous talent scout articles, and entertainment industry books.
I know that talent alone is not what makes the crucial difference.
I have worked first hand in the music industry, fashion industry, and performing arts and found the same sort of conclusions. It takes more than just having talent to become a successful entertainer!
I have found from my own personal experience and research, that successful talent have 5 distinctive traits.
1. They set clear, measurable, specific goals with a timeline.
2. They are action oriented, and consistently (Daily) take small steps towards achieving their entertainment goals.
3. They focus on exploiting their strengths, skills, and capabilities, to create a niche to standout.
4. They utilize a "Stepping Stones" strategy of building on small successes (Focus on getting better, rather than being good...the road to mastery)
5. They have a belief system and strategy that helps them overcome obstacles. (For example,  even if they lack  resources, live in a small city, or small country, they STILL believe they will succeed.)

I focus on providing career building solutions for talent to help them achieve their goals.

How do I do it?
  1. By developing a strategy with you, to discover and market your unique strengths. (What specific skills/capabilities do you have, that when used together gives you a competitive advantage against other talent?) 
  2. By establishing clear goals and developing a strategy together to work towards achieving them
  3. By teaching you to stay focused and take small daily action towards your goals
  4. By giving you FREE access to my resources including my time, my digital recording studio, video editing equipment and much more
A little about me.....

You have acting, modeling, or singing talent, or perhaps a combination of them all. I have some talent songwriting and producing songs. I was a past winner and finalist for the Canadian National Songwriting contest, and as an entrepreneur had a successful Indie record label. Some of my songs earned commercial radio airplay and were on TV shows in Canada, the USA, and in parts of Asia. I have also had lots of success in sales for performing arts organizations,  in the music industry, and fashion industry. 

However, my best talent is recognizing undeveloped talent, finding a niche and strategy for them to compete, and giving them the tools to successfully take action towards their goals.
